Wills & Probate

Our fee for drafting a straightforward will is just £50 plus VAT. We will take your detailed instructions either personally or on 'pro forma' and then send you a draft for approval or amendment. Once agreed, the final draft ('the engrossment') is prepared. We will then invite you to the office to sign and attest the will, or else send you the correct written procedure for attesting the will at home if you prefer.

We also offer our services as professional executors, or to assist your personal executors in obtaining the probate grant and 'calling in' and distributing the estate.

We can also advise on Inheritance Tax and estate planning. You will find our fees very competitive.
