La Herrada, Los Montesinos: A villa garden with an outdoor Storage Room and extended Patio.

The ground was first prepared by compacting, followed by a 4" bed of steel-reinforced concrete, prior to building the Storage Room. The garden area was then laid first with a waterproof membrane to prevent weed intrusion, followed by stone chippings. At a later date the owner decided to have the whole garden area tiled, so Richard and his team were brought back in to complete the job you see in the pictures below.
